After receiving a Letter of Acceptance, our Canadian Lawyer who is our Immigration representative, will apply for the Student Permit, Work Permit if applicable and Visa, per applicant.

In case the student has applied a course with an Internship, a Work Permit has to be applied as well.

If the applicant is married, a Work Permit can be applied for the spouse who are travelling along. Please read more in IRCC website relative to the family of an International student. https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/study-canada/work/help-your-spouse-common-law-partner-work-canada.html

A Study Permit must be provided to the school at least 30 days before the start of the program.

If the study permit cannot be presented due to the disapproval of the Permit by the Canadian Immigration and Citizenship Officer, the student can request a deferral of his study to the next available intake.
