Our Guide to Success for International Students
Before You Apply
- Must pass Academic IELTS with a minimum score band of 6 for Reading, Listening, Writing and Speaking
- Must have at least P1.5M or $40T CAD, in the bank under your name
- Choose Your Program according to your actual work experience or degree of education. Tuition ranges from $15T to $18T depending on your chosen course.
- Decide When You Want To Begin Your Studies
- Apply Early! Programs are filled on a first complete, first served basis.
- Students are recommended to apply at least 6-8 months in advance
- Supply All Official Documentation Immediately
- Know your timeline
Prepare Your Documents
- Academic EILTS result
- Final high school transcript, including proof of graduation (original and notarized copy). If you are still studying, please submit the most up-to-date transcript available.
- College or Post-secondary transcripts and proof of graduation (if applicable)
- Recent NBI and Police Clearance of student
- NSO of all family members if married
- Copy of passport
Payment of Assistance Fee to ACCISE - ₱80T or $2,300 CAD ( Non-Refundable ) covers the following:
- School Application Fees of at least $200 CAD
- Processing Fee shall be paid upon signing an agreement with ACCISE, from the selection of the course, school application submission, follow-up of admission and follow-up of the Letter of Acceptance
- Service Fees from Arrival to School Tour and around the city
- Job search coaching services after graduation and upon receipt of the Post Graduate Work Permit
- A Separate Fee will be paid to the Immigration Consultant, for his services such as the student visa and work permits and visa/work permit requirements of the other members travelling along, if married. Such service will start, upon receipt of the Letter of Acceptance by the student.
Payment of Admission Deposit - This applies only to those who can’t avail of the Student Direct Stream (Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable)
Upon receipt of Offer of Admission, applicants are required to pay the admission deposit that will also be applied against the total amount of tuition fee.
- $ 1,000 CAD - For Non-Post Graduate
- $ 2,000 CAD - For Post Graduate
However, upon the start of the class, full payment of the unpaid tuition has to be paid to the school.

Pay Full Tuition Fee for 1 year – Applicable to those who can avail of the Student Direct Stream

Open a Guaranteed Investment Certificate (GIC) - Applicable to all applicants. Please talk to your local banks to inquire whether they have a GIC program and do they have affiliation with any Canadian Banks.
Step 6Submit all original Documents
All original documents and Notarized copies as stated in Step 2, must be mailed to ACCISE address:

Recieve a Letter of Acceptance (LOA)
This is the final document that you will receive once you have paid your admission deposit.
Step 8You are required to undergo a medical examination (Our Immigration Consultant will guide you on this process).
You will see a Designated doctor in your location and secure a medical certificate. For details on how to proceed, please see reference below:

Please secure Police and NBI clearances ahead to avoid delay.

Step 10Study Permit, Work Permit and Visa Application
After receiving a Letter of Acceptance, our Canadian Lawyer who is our Immigration representative, will apply for the Student Permit, Work Permit if applicable and Visa, per applicant.
In case the student has applied a course with an Internship, a Work Permit has to be applied as well.
If the applicant is married, a Work Permit can be applied for the spouse who are travelling along. A Study Permit must be provided to the school at least 30 days before the start of the program.
If the study permit cannot be presented due to the disapproval of the Permit by the Canadian Immigration and Citizenship Officer, the student can request a deferral of his study to the next available intake.
